This will allow our support team to triage your case and get back to you with further information quickly.Here are some explanations as to the 4 priority levels: Priority 1: Production service availability, performance is degraded or the application is unavailable. Priority 2: The application is up and running, but a subsystem such as search is not working as expected or you’re receiving errors when using certain functions. Priority 3:Minor cosmetic defects or configuration of the application. Priority 4:Access requests, documentation, training requests & account related questions. Please note that if you need to send Technical Support any attachments, you can do this by replying to the acknowledgement email that you will receive after clicking submit.
